Three-night minimum stay at Seaside except during summer (weekly only).
Boats/life jackets available (canoes, kayaks, row boats-free of charge).
Each cottage is equipped with a futon/pullout couch.
Rates are based on listed number of people. Each additional person is $100.00 per week or $25.00/night.
Kayaks, canoes, row boat and life jackets are free to use after signing liability waiver. Life jackets must be worn when on the water.
Children 2 and under are free.
50% deposit required. We do not accept credit cards (personal check, money order for deposit and the same or cash for balance due).
All Rentals subject to 9% ME State Lodging Tax.
Pets are not allowed.
All cottages are non-smoking.
Cancelation policy: Notification 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund.
