Located on the western shore of Frenchman Bay, we are near Acadia National Park and downtown
Bar Harbor. After leaving Ellsworth, proceed south on Route 3 for approximately eight miles
to the intersection of Routes 3 and 102. Go straight ahead on Route 102 for one mile. You
will see the Seaside Cottages sign on the right. Turn and come down our drive to the shore.

Proceed east on Route 1 from Ellsworth at the McDonalds intersection, approximately
4 miles to the intersection of Route 182 on your left (across from Viking Lumber).
Proceed on Route 182; it’s approximately 11 miles from here. Landmarks along the
way: on the right is a Citgo Station in the village of Franklin. One mile before
our drive is a large granite rock that says “ARVA” on the right. Look for the
green signs that read “Hutchins Lane and Leland’s Lakeside Cottage” on the right.
Turn right onto the gravel drive and go until you see the Leland’s Lakeside Cottage
sign (turn left) and take the first right, entering the drive into your vacation home!
